Good freakin’ times! I love how JD is just like “yeah…THAT happened”… in JD Drew style!
I’m sorry non baseball fans but this is my favorite Jacoby moment.
When this happened, I was working out on an exercise bike. I screamed “Jacoby!!” People around me probably thought I was crazy…JD’s reaction (or more like ‘no reaction’?) is epic!!
Vote Jacoby for ASG!! (but he’s having a rough time at the plate lately :( )
1) Bose Noise Cancelling headphones-$299
2) Laptop Cooling Pad-$20

10) Red Sox win- PRICELESS
Because there was no Red Sox game tonight, I was bored (or more like, I avoided doing chores) and read some ASG related articles.
I found this article and thought was pretty interesting. While I hate to do analysis on players based solely on stats, I think this article does a pretty good job of indicating why Alex Avila, not Russel Martin, should be the starting catcher for the AL.
And for the outfield, the stats explain why Bautista, Granderson, and Ellsbury should be the starting trio for the AL. Again, I hate to support my arguments with stats, but I very much hope that Jacoby makes the starting position. Yes, I am a huge Red Sox fan. Yes, I own a Jacoby tshirt (Although I am a girl and I find him very attractive, I am not a pink hat fan). But this kid deserves to be the starting OF, especially after what he had to go through last year—not just his injuries, but also the criticisms from the media.
I would love to discuss this topic further more, but I must do some chores now.
After thinking for a long time, I finally decided to create my own blog.
I don’t know if anyone cares to read what I write or if anyone will ever read this blog, I don’t know how often I will update or if I ever update this blog, I’m just here to ramble about my life, mostly about the three things I love to talk about: current events, music and sports.
I’ve been inspired and encouraged by numerous bloggers before, especially during the times when I needed something to smile about. I hope to do the same here. But to be honest, I’m still young. I probably won’t be able to have an impact on your lives as much as other bloggers did on mine. I’m still young. I’m still learning. I’m still trying to figure out my true identity. I will try my best to blog about something substantive.
If this blog can have an influence on your life, that’s great. That’s what I wish to do here. If not, that’s still okay. Enjoy!!
Okay, this is the end of my first blog entry. Back to doing some chores and follow the Casey Anthony case on TV—
Casey Anthony Cindy Anthony testified that she googled chloroform…Say WHAT?!?
Have a wonderful evening!!
